There is in full force and effect, on the date of this NOTICE, a trust agreement dated June 14, 2013, nunc pro tunc ab initio to April 30, 1970 by and between LYGIA JOSEPHINE (ALVAREZ) VILLARREAL, CAPITAL (a sole proprietorship) Kings County, New York Birth No: 156-52-31XXXX, as Grantor, LYGIA JOSEPHINE VILLARREAL ESTATE, IRS EIN No: 45672XXXX (hereinafter jointly and severally the “Debtor”), with an address at C/O 411 E Huntington Dr. #107-360, Arcadia, California [91006], and LYGIA JOSEPHINE VILLARREAL TRUST (the “Secured Party”), EIN# 98607XXXX, with an address at C/O 8524 W. Gage Blvd #A1-192, Kennewick, Washington [99336].

WHEREAS, the Secured Party wishes to assure itself of the performance of the obligations of the Debtor under the Letter of Guaranty between the parties of even date herewith (the “Letter of Guaranty”); and

WHEREAS, the Debtor wishes to act as a transmitting utility for the Secured Party and grant the Secured Party a security interest in its signature, trademark, name, seal, technology, information, documentation, trade secrets, inventions, source code, object code, future interests (hereinafter-“Collateral”) and other similar and related things necessary in order for the Secured Party to enjoy full use of its rights under the Letter of Guarantee nunc pro tunc to April 30, 1970.
